I’m Regan Duggan, director of RD SIPs, based in Herefordshire, UK. We supply certified Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and SIP kits to builders, construction companies, and homeowners across the UK — specialising in extensions, as well as garden rooms, annexes, and full houses.

With a background in civil engineering, I bring a practical understanding of how projects should actually run on site — not just how they look on paper.

Why I Started RD SIPs

I started RD SIPs after seeing how fast and thermally efficient SIP builds could be — and realising there was a clear gap in the market:
