delivery

sorted before it leaves the workshop

We handle delivery ourselves using our own truck and trailer, so your panels are in the hands of people who know exactly what’s on the load — not a third-party courier with a tracking number and no context. Before every delivery we confirm your site access, check the route, and make sure the vehicle can actually get there. If your site needs a crane or HIAB offload, we arrange it in advance so everything arrives coordinated.

Delivery cost is always a separate line item on your quote — never buried in panel pricing. It’s calculated based on distance from our Herefordshire base, and we’ll always confirm the figure before you commit. Whether you’re local to us or building in Scotland, we’ll get your panels there and you’ll know the cost before we set a date.

We deliver using our own truck and trailer — not a third-party courier. Before every delivery we check your site access, confirm the route, and sort any special equipment like cranes or HIAB offloads in advance. Delivery cost is always a separate line item on your quote, calculated from our Herefordshire base, and confirmed before you commit.

Delivery — how it works

We deliver SIP panels and kits across the UK using our own truck and trailer, which gives us more flexibility than relying on a third-party haulier. Before every delivery, we check the route and confirm access with you — so there are no surprises on the day, including the cost. Delivery is always quoted as a separate line item on your order, calculated based on distance from our Herefordshire base.

Lead times

If we have panels in stock, we can typically despatch within around five working days. Custom cut or non-standard orders usually take around two weeks, while fully fabricated kits — garden rooms, annexes, and extensions — are generally ready in two to four weeks. House kits can take four to eight weeks depending on complexity. We’ll always give you a realistic timescale when you enquire, and lead times run from the point your order is confirmed and deposit cleared.

Site access

Most deliveries go smoothly, but it’s worth checking access before you commit. We need a firm surface suitable for a truck and trailer, clear height of at least 3–3.5 metres, and enough room to manoeuvre. If your site has restricted access — a narrow lane, a low bridge, or a tight turn — let us know early and we’ll work out the best approach. For sites that need a crane or HIAB offload, we can arrange that in advance so everything is coordinated when the vehicle arrives.

Collection

If you’d prefer to collect, you’re welcome to arrange a collection from our Herefordshire facility. Just get in touch and we’ll make sure your order is ready and loaded when you arrive.
