About Me
I’m Regan Duggan, director of RD SIPs, based in Herefordshire, UK. We supply certified Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and SIP kits to builders, construction companies, and homeowners across the UK — especially for extensions, but also for garden rooms, annexes, and full houses. I also have a background in civil engineering which gives me an excellent overview of how practically a project should work.
Why I Started RD SIPs
I started RD SIPs after seeing how fast and thermally efficient SIP builds could be, and then realising there was a gap in the market:
  • The big SIP manufacturers often don’t want smaller jobs
  • Smaller suppliers can be expensive or inconsistent
  • Builders still need a reliable, certified option with real support
So I built RD SIPs to be the “in-between” — affordable, dependable SIP supply, backed by proper certification and practical guidance.

We don’t just supply panels — we help projects run smoothly.
  • Certified SIP panels and kits that meet UK Building Regulations
  • Fast lead times (next day for stock panels, up to 12 weeks for full houses depending on scope)
  • Clear technical support during design, planning, and installation
  • Quality control and traceability through audited systems (including ISO 9001)

We also pride ourselves on giving a quotation and sticking to that quotation. We dont hide any hidden add on extras halfway through the project once youve signed the dotted line.
