Whether you're based in the heart of England or further afield, we work hard to make the logistics as straightforward as possible — coordinating access in advance, arranging specialist equipment such as cranes where needed, and keeping you informed every step of the way. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, and while remote areas such as Scotland may carry additional charges, we'll always be #fff0 about this before you commit to anything. Delivery Rates Standard Delivery:we charge £130 per hour (one way). (for example £260 for 2 hours) Access Requirements Curb-side Only:Please note that all deliveries are made strictly to the kerbside — our drivers are unable to transport panels or kits beyond the point of access. It's important that your delivery location is fully accessible for large vehicles before your order is dispatched, so we'd always recommend checking this in advance. If there are any potential access restrictions such as narrow lanes,low bridges,or tight turns,please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and avoid any delays on the day. Unloading & Equipment Cranes & Forklifts:We are NOT responsible for arranging any cranes or forklifts for unloading. This must be organised by the customer prior to delivery. Palletised Delivery:If you happen to have a forklift or crane available on-site,please let us know in advance. We will then ensure your panels are placed on pallets for easier unloading.
